世界盃男籃與日菲澳同組 中華11月主場首戰澳洲

體育中心/綜合報導將挑戰60年來首次前進世界盃的中華隊,將於11月24日在主場首戰強敵澳洲隊,依照中華籃協的規劃,可能將在台北和平籃球館或是新莊體育館舉行,不過必須等待亞洲籃總前來檢視場地後才能決定,SBL第15季也應該會延後至12月開打。▲世界盃男籃賽亞洲區籤表。(圖/國際籃總)世界盃男籃賽5月8日在中國大陸廣州廣東塔進行資格賽抽籤,中華隊與澳洲、菲律賓、日本同分在B組,4隊將進行循環賽、主客場共12場比賽,每隊有3場主場與3場客場,排名前3隊將晉級第二輪。國際籃總已公布亞太區資格賽賽程,日期與交戰組合都確定,場館則需要做確認,中華隊將於11月24日主場遭遇澳洲,11月27日遠征菲律賓,明年2月22日前往日本,明年2月25日則是進軍澳洲,明年6月29日主場迎戰菲律賓,明年7月2日主場對上日本。中華籃協目前規劃主場賽事將在即將落成的台北和平籃球館,或是之前早已獲得亞洲籃總認可的新莊體育館進行,亞洲籃總在6月將由秘書長黎巴嫩籍的Hagop Khajirian率隊前來檢視場地;台北小巨蛋也可能是選項之一。由於中華隊將於11月24日與27日進行比賽,近年來一向在11月開打的SBL,第15季應該會延後到12月再開打,此外由於7月5日至9日在彰化有瓊斯盃女籃賽,7月15日至23日在台北和平籃球館進行瓊斯盃男籃賽,這幾年都在7月進行的SBL選秀也會延後,SBL第15季選秀應該會到8月才舉行。(文/陳志鴻)

國際中心/綜合報導南韓9日舉行總統大選,選出新科南韓總統文在寅,並立刻於10日宣誓就職,沒想到他晚間立刻與美國總統川普通話,商討如何密切合作,共同解決北韓核子危機。▲韓國總統文在寅上任立刻熱線川普,商討北韓核武危機。(圖/美聯社/達志影像)據《韓聯社》報導,新任南韓總統文在寅昨(10)日宣誓就職,並於晚間9點時與美國總統川普對話長達30分鐘,文在寅在電話中表示,希望快赴華盛頓與川普近行會談,也強調韓美同盟的要性,並對川普抑制北韓挑釁,解決核武問題等議題,給予高度評價。而川普在電話中先恭賀文在寅當選,也正式邀約他來訪,並指派高層諮詢團協調相關事宜。對於韓美同盟他表示,不只是友好關係,而是「偉大的同盟關係」,而北韓核武問題表示,並非無法解決,期待文在寅能盡早訪美,兩國舉行首長會談。兩人也同意保持聯繫,對彼此關心議題即時通話、交換意見。

政府慢半拍!一週2車禍全因「植草磚」 里長怒填平

方品文、陳秉豪/台中報導道路中間植草磚害騎士摔車!台中高鐵站附近的三榮路,上個月初一名39歲的吳姓女子,騎車時不小心壓到路中間的植草磚,整個人雷殘出去,還被後方休旅車輾過,造成全身多處粉碎性骨折。路中間的分隔島為什麼會是跟路面切齊的「植草磚」?查證市府,原來是當年道路徵收的配地問題,路中間2米寬的區塊是屬於公園用地,不能鋪設水泥,但這裡一個禮拜就發生2起車禍,要變更地目最快得等到明年,當地里長只好冒著違法風險,硬是請人用水泥把部分植草磚填平。▲該路段的分隔島是和路面切平的植草磚。大樓前一輛機車突然打滑雷殘,跟著下一秒,後方的休旅車來不及閃,前輪當場輾過騎士,駕駛嚇的往後退,又把人再輾一次。救護車到場,騎士還卡在車輪下,好不容易把人救出緊急送醫,但39歲的吳姓女騎士全身有多處粉碎性骨折。同個路段,才剛換了11天的新輪胎瞬間爆胎,連補都沒法補只能報銷,2起事件的罪魁禍首,就是烏日高鐵站附近的這條三榮路。路中間所謂的分隔島,是和路面切平的植草磚,跟一般分隔島相比,因為沒有高度阻擋,騎士閃臨停車輛很容易騎上來打滑。▲▼該路段一週發生2起車禍。騎士:「很危險,就騎上來會搖晃阿,龍頭辦法抓緊。」從高空俯瞰,整條1.6公里的路中間都是植草磚,因為這2米寬的區塊是公園用地,不能鋪設水泥,這疑似10多年前徵收配地問題導致。但是一週至少發生2起車禍,變更地目最快又得等到明年,里長迫於無奈,只好找人把部分路段用水泥鋪平。▲以植草磚當分隔島很危險。榮泉里里長:「應該是有啦,有違法的現象,但是為了生命財產,不得不這麼做!」中市府建設局第四工務大隊 廖文偉:「那目前我們的做法就是要把這個路緣石加高,加高大概到20公分、30公分的一個高度。」▲徵收配地問題導致不能鋪設水泥。建設局承諾,最快下個月會施工,緊急補救;但政府動作實在慢半拍,里長等不及,只好冒著違法風險先填平再說。

掀搶買熱潮!北市法拍屋「破盤價」 65折價湧現多人搶標

記者許智雄、邱子玲、楊成霆、陳儀潔/台北報導今年法拍屋最熱話題除了豪宅帝寶外,也出現不少「破盤價」法拍屋,像是北市內湖區的中央公園,6樓一戶出現3字頭低價,和新店電梯大樓的均價差不多,吸引20多人搶標,掀起搶買熱潮。▲台北市內湖「中央公園」法拍屋以破盤價法拍。三立新聞記者邱子玲:「今年似乎出現不少破盤價的法拍屋,像在內湖瑞光路上這棟大樓,6樓戶最後是以三拍3字頭成交。」中央公園社區,屋主因為繳不出貸款被迫法拍房屋,三拍價格夠低,曾經最多有百人來看屋,吸引20多人搶標。住商企研室主任徐佳馨:「投資客在價格的敏感度上面比較高,他們也比較願意做斷頭的犧牲,當然在法拍市場上面來說,是比較容易撿到這樣的標的。」▲中央公園法拍屋以每坪37.8萬拍出,等於打了65折。一拍2400萬流標,到三拍之後,底價降到1543萬,最後以1883萬拍出,以坪數47坪來算,扣車位換算每坪單價只有37.8萬,和附近行情60到75萬相比大約打了65折,幾乎跟新北市新店電梯大樓均價不相上下,比汐止新建案還便宜。住商企研室主任徐佳馨:「現階段利率是比較低的狀態,所以如果說是要期待價格大幅下修,透過法拍成交的部分,可能我們觀察,難度稍微高一些些。」▲台北市不少法拍屋都掀起了搶買熱潮。雖然是個案,但相對市場便宜的價格讓法拍屋掀起搶買熱潮,今年北市熱門法拍物件還有北投百齡庭園以及萬華區桂林路公寓,在3拍時都有10人以上搶標,成為房市寒冬中的小亮點。(整理:實習編輯林奇樺)
